I never got my welcome email.



Make sure to login to your email provider and add '*' to your whitelist. This will ensure our messages reach your inbox without any issues. You may want to check your spam folder, it's possible it ended up there. If you still cannot find the welcome email, create a support ticket and we'll manually resend it for you.


How to add us to the whitelist in Gmail:


Create a filter for the address

  1. Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings.
  2. Click Filters and then Add.
  3. Enter a Filter Name.
  4. Enter * in the Sender field.
  5. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to.
  6. Click Save and then click Save again.


For Yahoo and Outlook instructions, perform a search, there's plenty of tutorials.
